Job Description
The position of Chef de Partie has just been made available at this AA Rosetted County House Hotel.
The role
The hotel has a well established lunch and evening service. Also a very popular wedding location with a variety of à la carte, TDH, buffet and canapé selections available.
The client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is looking for his/her next move into a quality establishment. Having a good range of experience you will be looking for stability and relish the opportunity to help drive the hotel towards its second rosette.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef
Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in fine dining/brassiere as well as having worked in kitchens with a minimum of 1 AA rosettes. Volume experience would also be welcomed.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
