A Commis Chef is required by this quality restaurant, situated in a fantastic location.

Situated on the Kent coast this fish orientated restaurant has a family run feel and an established cliental. Dining in either the restaurant or outside terrace area, guests can enjoy fresh cuisine, produced using locally sourced produce including the finest fish. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef with a real passion for food -particularly fish, to work within an established team and gain valuable skills and experience. The successful candidate will assist the senior chefs within all areas of the kitchen, in turn gaining first hand experience within a specialised establishment. You will be a hard working individual who is willing to learn and has a desire to succeed within their chosen profession. Applicants who have experience within a similar quality and style establishment will be at an advantage during the recruitment process. All applicants must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and food hygiene certificate. Previous experience as a Commis Chef for a minimum of 1 year is essential.
