Job Description

Magnificent country house hotel situated in several acres of landscaped gardens in the Hampshire area are currently looking to recruit a Commis Chef to assist and strengthen the existing brigade. This position has arisen due to internal promotion. The hotel has an award winning fine dining restaurant which serves classical French cuisine with a modern twist.

The Role:- This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established hotel which is part of a nationally recognised group. Our clients are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be required to work 5 days over 7 as required. You will be required to assist the Senior Chef\'s in the day to day running of the busy kitchen. You will be standards driven with a passion for creating high quality cuisine.

Qualification/Experience:- The ideal candidate will have previous experience of catering for large corporate functions and weddings and previous two rosette experience. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and an intermediate food hygiene certificate is desirable.
