Job Description
This four star hotel are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the large brigade.
The person to suit must be have good all round experience of busy restaurant and banqueting operations, this is a perfect opportunity for aa strong Chef de Partie looking for their next step with in the kitchen. You should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
