Job Description

This superb 4 star country house hotel with over 50 rooms and multi food outlets is looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry to join the brigade.

The Fine Dine Restaurant Averages 15/20 covers a night in the week, and 50/60 covers on the weekend. The hotel also has Private Dining which can cater for 8 to 20 covers. Serving a Traditional English cuisine with a modern twist you will be using all fresh produce, to create all desserts in house, including bread and petit fours. The hotel also attracts over 150 weddings a year and can cater for up to 100 covers.

Working with a brigade of 3, you will be given full training and guidance to ensure you learn and progress in your career as a chef.

Previous experience at Chef de Partie Pastry level working in a 4 star, multi outlet hotel is essential, ideally with a 2AA rosette background.
