Job Description

This fantastic 4 star country house hotel located in the West Sussex area is currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has over 200 bedrooms, a fine dining 50 cover restaurant and large conference and banqueting facilities.

The Role:-

You will be working under the Head Chef and will be responsible for the running of a section of this award winning kitchen. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar quality large corporate hotel environment. You will also require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications as well as a passion and enthusiasm to succeed as the opportunity for internal promotion does exist for a career minded individual.
