Job Description
This fantastic large corporate property located in West Sussex is currently seeking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to assist in the running of this large hotel operation. With over 400 bedrooms, 3 Dining outlets and conferencing from 2 to 170 guests across 13 rooms. This is a great opportunity for a talented chef who has some experience in a high volume kitchen and is looking to take the next step. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the man management of a section of the kitchen and the production of food to a high standard. You will be working in a large brigade of professionals yet friendly chefs. You will be required to provide standards of the highest order in addition to reporting to the Head Chef.

Attractive Salary £15,500 - £16,000k

Qualification/Experience:-
You will ideally have previous experience within a quality large establishment and experience of catering for volume. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications or equivalent and a food hygiene certificate.
