Chef de Partie required for this elegant rosette accredited hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within this fantastic restaurant and build your CV. They are looking for a dedicated individual that can become a key team player within the brigade. Their sole requirements are that the candidate be dedicated to the profession, talented and committed to working within the trade as a career. They are willing to fully train all candidates to the highest standard and therefore as a candidate you do not require previous rosette experience, however this may be an advantage.

This is a four star multi-outlet property that prides itself on good quality in all aspects of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be a good all rounder with excellent culinary knowledge and experienced in working in a busy, multi outlet property.

Qualifications/Experience required:

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in fine dining/brassiere, volume experience would also be welcomed.
