This delightful red star country house hotel would like to appoint a hard working Demi Chef de Partie to assist in their rosette accredited kitchen.

The establishment offers a choice of dining options and the setting proves popular as the perfect location for weddings and other functions. The extensive menus are English with French influences, offering traditional cuisine that is simple yet fresh and exciting.

Candidates for Demi Chef de Partie must be from a quality background, preferably with multi rosette and volume cooking experience; experience from a Michelin starred establishment would be a significant bonus.

The successful Demi Chef de Partie will be dedicated to their chosen profession and committed to maintaining the reputation of the hotel as one of the finest in the area. Assisting the senior chefs in all areas of the kitchen you will be flexible and your ambition and desire to succeed will stand you in the best of stead to pursue a long term career in this hotel. Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, reporting to the Head Chef.
