Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a fantastic Demi Chef de Partie wanting to join a quality establishment.

This property currently boasts 4 Stars and is seeking to gain rosette accreditation this year. They hold around 100 weddings every year and can do banqueting up to 300 people alongside their fine dining restaurant. From these factors alone this property will provide the challenge many Chefs are seeking! The question is are you up for that challenge!

Due to the banqueting trade that they frequently attract it is essential that applicants have previous experience of cooking volume in a highly standards driven establishment. Currently un accredited the brigade is looking to gain 2 AA Rosettes this year and it is therefore necessary that you have worked in a Rosette accredited property and you yourself are looking for acclaim and an opportunity to prove your worth. If you have a stable CV with excellent references and feel that you have the necessary drive and ambition then this could be the job waiting for you.

Set in acres of landscape it provides that ideal tranquil atmosphere that should help you get through the busy days! If you have the experience, dedication, talent and commitment required for this role

This is a challenging position and a definite career enhancer.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
