Job Description
Situated in a prime position this 3* hotel offers traditional hospitality in a friendly atmosphere together with the modern facilities. The Restaurant offers a selection of traditional and international cuisine accompanied with a wine list featuring wines from around the world to complement the dishes. A specialty of this hotel is the traditional Sunday Lunch Carvery featuring Chefs Roasts and selection of homemade Sweets.
An enthusiastic Sous Chef is required to to join the newly appointed Head Chef in this busy property.
You will either be an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking for an exciting challenge and your next step to Sous Chef, or an existing Sous Chef in a similar operation.
All applicants must have strong experience in a fresh food establishment with a good all round knowledge including conference and banqueting. You will have a strong stable CV, with excellent traceable referees.
