Full Description:

This fantastic large corporate property located in West Sussex is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef to assist in the running of this large hotel operation. With over 400 bedrooms, 3 Dining outlets and conferencing from 2 to 170 guests across 13 rooms. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and level headed chef who has some experience in a high volume kitchen. As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of breakfast service and the production of food to a high standard. You will be working in a large brigade of professionals yet friendly chefs. You will be required to provide standards of the highest order in addition to reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualification/Experience:

You will ideally have previous experience within a quality large establishment and experience of catering for volume. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications or equivalent and a food hygiene certificate.
