Full Description:

Our client is a UK market leader in their specialist field. They manage and run a portfolio of media outlets that provides select business with a means of communicating and marketing their products to members of the public.

Currently they seek a French speaking Customer Services Executive to work with existing customers in both the UK and in France.You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting problems and technical difficulties, customers asking about renewing contracts, sending customer correspondence and any other issues that arise.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

-Delivery of high levels of customer service
-Attention to detail
-Ability to plan and prioritise work loads

Successful candidates will be paid £7.50 per hour, the hours of work are Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-6pm. For further information please apply below.
