Our client is looking for an experienced Billing Co-ordinator to join their team based in London.
Billing Co-ordinator – Role and Responsibilities:
In addition to the Billing, the candidate will also work alongside our Provisioning and Sales Administration functions, to gain an understanding and appreciation of these associated functions. Will also help, document and record the Billing processes..
Billing Co-ordinator – Typical Duties will include:
Billing Co-ordinator – Candidate:
Reporting to the Support and Provisioning Manager the successful Billing Co-ordinator candidate will have significant experience in managing, controlling and checking the billing process in a Telecommunications company
The Billing Co-ordinator candidate will have worked to tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to problem solve. They will also show experience of working with both internal and external customers, with an excellent telephone manner, and adopting a clear, positive and friendly approach.
Billing Co-ordinator – Key Skills and Experiences:
Significant hands on experience of all facets of telecommunications billing in a B2B environment
Experience of dealing with complex billing computer systems, ideally Ebillz:
Manage and operate the Ebillz Suite
Awareness and knowledge of :
Operators and tariffs
Rating Fixed/Voip lines calls
Rating NGN calls
Rating Mobile calls
BT and Third party line rental
Loading CDR’s
Experience of liaising with suppliers and customers
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
Motivated and flexible
Intelligent and assertive
Good time management, organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Thrive in a busy work environment
Team player
Good telephone skills
Good standard of written English
PC literate Word/Excel
The Billing Co-ordinator candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and take delight in receiving positive customer feedback. Knowledge of IT, particularly Telecommunications Billing will be essential
