Job Description
We are currently seeking a head chef to work in our fine dining, elegant restaurant located near Hurstpierpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wants to take control and responsibility for a 90 seat restaurant. We are looking for candidates who are creative and proud of the work they undertake.
The successful candidate will:
€¢Have previous experience as a Head Chef
€¢Have experience in creating dishes from fresh produce – essential
€¢Have extensive knowledge of seasonal produce – essential
€¢Have experience of stick control and ordering
€¢Be creative – essential
€¢Be a good team player and leader – essential
€¢Have access to independent transport (due to the restaurant location) – essential
