Deputy Manager - Bournemouth - £27-£30kOur client is one of the UK\'s leading independent healthcare providers with a network of over 400 care centres and nursing homes across the country. They are looking for a Deputy Manager for their 74 bed nursing and care home in Bournemouth.They require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join their forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have the ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.You will be RGN/RMN qualified and will have experience of working in a similar role.
