Although the company would prefer a software engineer with an Embedded background, they are happy to consider those with strong C++ & STL at the application level. Working with a number of different technologies the Embedded software engineer will develop applications mainly targeted at an Embedded Linux OS but also some WinCE and XP work. The product has interfaces to GPS, serial comms and TCP/IP connections so any experience in these areas will be of particular interest.

Position: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Near Brighton (10 miles)
Salary: £25-35k
Benefits: Contributory pension, private medical insurance, bonus.
