Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the health and housing association sectors.

The Sussex region of Rydon Maintenance provides hard facilities management services to over 9,000 properties on a unique partnering agreement basis for our client Affinity Sutton.

Due to our continued success with this important contract we now require an experienced Operations Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of the responsive repairs service, as well as additional lifecycle, cyclical and void works for our client.

You will be required to manage the cost-efficient delivery of manpower resource, maintaining a high level of staff and sub-contractor supervision, whilst ensuring KPI`s & Customer satisfaction are achieved within the contract budget

With previous management experience in social housing reactive repairs and a proven track record in staff supervision, you will also have a working knowledge of KPI’s along with well developed negotiation skills, astute commercial awareness and the motivation for delivering service improvements.
