Full Description:

Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, this major Motor Insurance company require 2x administrators to join their busy and friendly team Personal Injury team, working as a Case Support Assistant.

Based in a call centre and administration environment, you will be answering incoming calls and liaising with customers, healthcare providers and providing general admin support to the PI case workers.

This is based within a lively and expanding team and is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding local organisation that is seeking reliable & friendly applicants who have a mature approach, an excellent telephone manner and previous administration experience. Please note all applicants must have Grade C or above Maths & English GCSE or equivalent.
