Job Description
Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, this major Motor Insurance company require Customer Service Administrators to join their busy and friendly team.
Based in a call centre environment, you will be answering incoming calls from existing and potential customers, dealing with enquiries professionally and efficiently and transferring calls to relevant departments. You will be required to provide administrative support to the team and also handle any complaints.
You will also be required to update any customer details and log new details onto the inhouse database.
This is based within a lively and expanding team and could suit an applicant with a retail, customer service or hospitality experience who is seeking an office based role.
