A not for profit organisation based in Brighton are currently looking to recruit an Internal Audit and Compliance Manager to join their Legal, Risk & Compliance team. You will be responsible for leading and developing the internal audit function; acting as the focal point for donor compliance within the organisation; and, working with the LRC team, implementing and developing the Secretariat’s risk management systems.

Reporting to the Head of Team: Legal, Risk & Compliance the successful candidate will be graduate level with an accounting or other relevant qualification. As well as having experience of audit activity, and of working with international donor rules and requirements, you will have highly developed computer skills. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as being highly motivated and flexible in your approach.
